Review: Seascape at Brighton i360

Seascape is Brighton’s highest and definitely one of the most unique cocktail bar experiences. Taking place at the Brighton i360, where else could you enjoy cocktails while elevated 12,530ft above the seafloor?

From the moment you arrive, the friendly staff make you feel like you’re in for something special. The vibe is laid-back luxury and it’s clear this is going to be an evening to remember.

Tickets cover one or two cocktails or mocktails, and the menu doesn’t disappoint. It’s packed with a mix of old favourites and some pretty theatrical options too. Drinks are ordered before boarding and they’re served as soon as you settle into your seat on the i360 pod.

The Sussex Siren, a blend of Brighton Pavilion Gin, raspberry syrup and a dash of citric zest topped with a vegan foam is as delicious as it is photogenic. For a tropical twist, The Lost Bounty mixes white rum, pineapple juice, coconut purée and strawberry syrup into a dreamy concoction.

The seating options cater to all tastes, from cosy sofas to stylish tables and chairs, each offering fantastic views as the pod begins its smooth ascent.

At night, Brighton and Hove sparkle beneath you and the city’s lights look magical from 450ft up. The background music adds to the relaxed, chic atmosphere.

Guests can hop on and off the pod throughout the evening, with departures every half hour, giving you plenty of chances to soak in the skyline.

Seascape’s cocktails also feature local flavours, showcasing Sussex spirits and ingredients that make each cocktail a nod to the region’s vibrant food and drink scene. It’s not just about the drinks either.

There’s a real sense of occasion as the city’s lights shimmer below, creating the perfect setting for a stylish night out. Whether you’re a Brighton local or visiting for the weekend, it’s a brilliant way to see the city from a whole new perspective.

Seascape at Brighton i360 is a stand-out experience, perched high above the seafront and perfect for anyone who loves panoramic views with a side of show-stopping drinks.
